Scanning existing buildings provides an opportunity to select past projects that may be in need of renovation. Our process allows for an accurate and current format in which to present your proposal. The 3D model can provide cut away sections and detailed floor plans allowing for a greater understanding of actual conditions.

New Construction Context/Zoning
Our process records 3D information to recreate existing site/context/surroundings for new construction. In addition to significantly aiding clients in the proposed vision, it creates a powerful image that can be use to resolve potential zoning and design review issues in much more accurate detail than GIS.

Accurate As-Builts
Collecting as-built information is expensive, time consuming and filled with inaccuracy. For renovation or adaptive re-use, our scanning process allows your project to be quick, costeffective, and highly accurate.
